JBC ALE-210V Auto Solder Feeder Soldering Station

JBC ALE-210V Auto Solder Feeder Soldering Station It is the ideal solution for soldering processes requiring a free hand. It works with the comfortable ALE250 Auto-Feed Soldering Iron and C250 Cartridge Range. You can easily configure parameters such as dispensed wire speed and length thanks to its newly upgraded 7-key keypad. You can also monitor the solder consumption thanks to integrated counters.
3 working modes:
In Continuous Mode solder wire is fed while the button keeps pressed.
Discontinuous Mode allows the configuration of the speed and the solder wire amount that will be fed on each click.
Program Mode enables the operator to configurate 3 consecutive feeding steps, obtaining a more dynamic and efficient soldering.

Up to 5 programs can be set.
Solder Wire Perforation: The solder feeder features a small blade that perforates the solder wire down to the flux core while feeding it. This perforation process allows better flux flow and outgassing, avoiding solder and flux splashing when soldering.

JBC NASE-2C Dual Nano Soldering Station

The best solution for soldering and rework of SMD components requiring the highest precision.
It works simultaneously with two NT115 Nano Handpieces. The short distance from the tip to the handle offers maximum control even when using a microscope.
The NANE-C comes with the new Temperature Dynamic Profiles functionality. The use of these profiles allows you to control the temperature of the component during all the phases of the soldering process, emulating the heating process in a reflow oven.
Its easy to use menu is configurable in 10 different languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Works with the C115 Cartridge Range.

JBC CS-2E Desoldering Station with Electric Pump

The CS / CV Station is equiped with a Desoldering Module and is ideal for desoldering the smallest plated through hole components and removing solder from surface mount pads.
There are two models, the CS which works with an electric pump and the CV which works with compressed air supply. This Station comes with the comfortable DS360 Micro Desoldering Iron which uses the JBC exclusive Heating System and the intelligent Sleep & Hibernation features.

The JBC JTSE-2QA is a high powered hot air station for repairing all types of SMDs quickly and safely, including the biggest QFPs and PLCCs.
JBC 230 V - Hot Air Station Without Extractor Desk features two work modes -manual or program- to manage efficiently the temperature and the hot air flow.
Using the menu you can personalize over 20 parameters to help manage the soldering process.
